Public Right of Way Blocked by Construction Works

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 21:03, Tue 15 December 2009
Sent to Aberdeen City Council 1 minute later

There is a path leading from an adjacent road thro' to Kings Cross Road on the corner. New construction works have completely churned up & blocked this path (using Heras fencing), forcing pedestrians to walk thro' the long grass at the side of the path. Last week the main street footpath was blocked by a truck !!! Do they have planning permission to block this path. We as neighbours shouldn't have to put up with this restriction or the mess !

No activity recently - but I think the fence is still across the path & the grass area is all churned up by the works.

There has been little or no activity here recently - it's disappointing however that the public right of way remains blocked/churned up.
