Illegal permanent signage

On the corner of Heber Road near Olive Road, properties have permanent signage on their walls. It used to be one or two but now they are prolific.

Sign back again at number 4 heber road.

This same property also has a enforcement notice since 2004 for Change of use from a single dwellinghouse to six (6) self-contained flats.
