Drug/Alcohol/Youths/Glass

For years now the area under the bridgehas been used by local youths as a meeting place. The area is covered in broken glass and there is evidecne of fires, home made bongs, glue bags and alcohol. It is a mess. Previous reports to this site finally come back as no further problems reported. GO AND LOOK. It is on a dog walk and pets will be injured by the glass. Youths stagger up and down Rectory Lane when they are intoxicated.
