Rats seen in broad daylight just off the side passage (left side of Regent Centre coming towards the High St from the Wick lane carpark)in the grassy fenced off area at the back of the 99p shop. Judging by the flattened grass there could be a rat run there.

Response from the council to say that permission for appropriate action had been obtained from the owner of the land.
