Abandoned car in Wellesley Court

A grey / green Renault with the registration W797 KGR has been left in Wellesley Court (off King Street) for almost two weeks. Hasn't moved in that time and it doesn't belong to anybody living in Wellesley Court. It's also half parked on the pavement.
