Regent Way and the car park at the top end of it (back of Nat West Bank)is strewn with litter - an absolute eyesore in the centre of town Desperately needs attention.

Incredible amount of litter quite close by at the bottom end of Bank Close car park, it obviously hasn't been cleaned for many months.
