So narrow

I am complaing about how narrow this road is i met a land rover halfway along this lane yesterday night and had to reverse a fair way back as i could not pass because of overhanging trees and rotten leaves which have mounded up and blocked drains along the lane causing it to flood also i could not see very well as there is no street lighting and the road is full of potholes from start to end could this please be passed on to worcester county , bromsgrove district , and birmingham city council and work together to get the job done thank you alan.r
