Food waste along pavement.

Lot's of food waste along pavement and road in Hatherop Road, mainly outside the workshops at No:38. Spilt from the refuse collectors but not picked up. Very slippery and could cause an accident.

Received email from Richmond Council saying it would be cleared within two hours? It's now the next day and it's still there starting to stink!
