Water Leak/Bust Pipe Hazard!

Water is leaking out from the side of the kirb and onto the road along Elm Grove Lancing, it's also making part of Elm Grove park quite boggy and the side of the road like a stream, so is a hazard to both pedestrians and other road users, especcially with small children and pensioners living nearby. People (including myself) are having to walk onto the road into paths of oncoming cars to avoid this without slipping over.
I have only recently noticed this problem when walking to/from work, and seems to be wasting a lot of water. It may have been caused by all the heavy lorries travelling to/from a nearby housing development, vibrations from the lorries may have caused the pipe to burst. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible, as a lot of water is going down the drain and this is an accident waiting to happen!
