Between the traffic lights at the airport turn off and the Jolly Boatman OX5 1JU there is a private Wharf. The Wharf marks the Kidlington Boundary, indeed there us a sign that says "Welcome to Kidlington". There ar two boats moored at the Wharf and the owners have permission to moor there on the wharf whenever they visit ther boats. Other boat owners do not have permission to park there and to that effect a chain is kept locked across the entrance to the wharf. These other boaterspark their cars on the verge either side of the 'Welcome' sign. There are at this time 4 people who own between them 6 cars/vans vying for a parking space. This verge is now a muddy quagmire and an eyesore. The owners of the parked cars often block the entrance to the wharf, park on the footpath and visually block the road for legitimate cars emerging from the wharf on to this busy main road.

Updates
It is now difficult for the drives to park because of the sludge created. They are now paring further up and making a mess there.
OK so now I will correct it.
