A caravan has been parked at GPS Coordinates 50.84146, -0.50281 in the public layby on the east bound side of the A27 near poling for over 1 month. It is being lived in and has TV aerial and gas bottles. It has no number plate. When is the occupant going to be told to move on before we get others joining it?
