Unsupervised dog

There is a terrace alongside the path leading from Warwick Rd and Kenilworth Rd. Most mornings about 7:00-7:30 the occupant of nr 182 lets a large black dog out to foul anywhere it likes around the path and the green. It also causes a nuisance by chasing and barking at passers by.
