Giant puddle

In times of very heavy rain there is a giant puddle at the bus stop by Thackeray House. On inspection it looks as though the drain is full of muck. It has been like this for months. Who will deal with this please?

Croydon Council deny responsibility as the road in question is managed by Transport for London

The problem exists. I am given to understand that TfL do not accept responsibility, so the fault will remain. i suppose we have to await a road accident before the matter is taken seriously by someone
