Car transporter unloading during rush hour

This morning the Hyundai garage was unloading cars in rush hour. This is not the first time this has happened. To do this they have to block the left hand lane of Scotswood Road forcing cars from the bridge to cross lanes to pass. This not only results in a traffic jam over the bridge but up onto the A1 exit road.
