Recycle Collection Leaving Rubbish On Road

This happens all the time, the recycle team are currently on the estate and they are leaving rubbish on the roads due to rushing I think ( more than one spot seen after a quick drive through ).... I know this is not a exclusive problem as its been mentioned in the papers but whats the point in the public recycling if only to foul the streets with rubbish because of a CBA attitude ? Thanks

Was contacted by council and confirmed this would be discussed.... that been said they've not been here for a few weeks due to various excuses so I have yet to see if its worked.
