Dog Fouling

New People at No.49 Hall End Road have 3 x dogs. A German Shepherd and two Border Collie types.Today the person walking the dogs dragged them along whilst one was defecating and consequently it left 4x heaps of faeces the full length of a property which included outside the front door.The person walking the dogs did nothing and certainly did not appear to have a bag with her and I can only assume she will be walking the dogs each day along our ROAD and allowing the dogs to foul wherever they happen to be.
