Illegally and dangerously parked van

VW Crafter reg. RA07 HRK, belonging to Tyre Works, illegally and dangerously parked on inside of bend outside 111 Swallow Street, Iver, SL0 0ET. It is parked there overnight, at weekends and sometimes all day during the week, even though the driver lives in Laurel Lane, West Drayton. Has been using this parking space outside his father's house for a number of years and the van has caused several near misses due to blocking the view of cars emerging from driveways, and also of cars travelling around this bend in Swallow Street.

The council said it's not their responsibility, it's the police. Unfortunately the police don't really care about these things until someone gets hurt or killed.

It's totally within the local authority's power to place yellow lines to prevent bad parking which looks dangerous
