Road and pavement flooding

Over the last few weeks when it has rained hard Somersall Lane by Somersall Hall Drive has flooded across the road aand pavement. The water runs off the fields. Cars have difficulties getting through. Pedestrains cannot get through at all-cutting off the residence of Somersall. Can something be done asap please?
