Parking on verge

Since the trees have been cut down, two or three cars from a neighbouring house are being parked daily on the grass verge. The people have been asked not to and their landlord has been told but nothing has changed in their behaviour. The verge is getting wetter and muddier and will only get worse as the winter continues. Please help.
