Mud and litter outside on the road.

Outside my property there is a great amount of mud and general litter on the road and by the sides of the road.

Some of this is due to bad weather.

However there is too much mud coming from the housing development further up St,Erth Hill.

I would like something done about this soon please.

Street cleaning. This is the worst I have ever seen our road.
