Between 26 and 27 Commercial Road, Abercarn work has begun to convert a disused chapel. Wood and other materials from the inside of the chapel are being burnt on an area very near to the chapel and next doors garden. The amount of wood on the fire will create a very large fire if it all catches alight and debris will scatter over nearby parked cars and the pavement making it unsafe to walk by. They should just take the rubbish to the local tip!
