Caravan parked and being lived in periodically

There has been a caravan parked in the parking bays at the end of guernsey way for a long time now and very rarely moves. It is periodically lived in particularly in the summer and cables can be seen trailing into a house. Parking is already a pain here and being made worse by this monstrosity. A real eyesore in the neighbourhood.
