Snow is covering all the old mess, but it is not stoping dog owners out side our house .can i get free no fouling posters to put on lamp post out side my house .thank you B Allum

Not the council ... I HAVE PICKED UP THE MESS AND AGAIN DOG OWNERS HAVE LET THEIR DOGS FOUL OUT SIDE OUR HOUSE , IF ONLY I CAN CATCH THIS DIRTY PERSON , I DO NOT BLAME THE DOGS..............

Rain snow washed most of the dogs mess away, council not seem to bother about this problem . just waiting for new dogs mess to arrive any day now the weather is getting better .just let me see them.. Barry G Allum.
