Need filter lights

Traffic lights at Stratton. Hyde Rd and b4006-b4141 Reidents coming from Hyde rd approching kingsdown school. These lights are a nonsence for local people trying to cross, turn right or left as traffic coming from the opposite direction kill any chance of no more than three cars at best, in heavy traffic, moving in any direction, and if on-coming traffic pushes the boundries more than they should(moving when amber or red lights show)you have no chance of moving at all. We need a Filter light which allows us to move, please its been going on for years, I cant be the only person to write to you about this!

This is the first time I have reported this.I am shure im not the only resident to complain.I did bring it to the attention of a conserative member when he was selling his wears, and he said he would look into it! I have had a reply but feel the guy who wrote to me was looking into far to many negative to make a jugment.I dont belive there is not a system of lights that would solve this problem, we are living in an erra that is electronicy advanced are we not!
The traffic dept is bogging its self down with what ifs. and not getting on with the job. We can all find faults with systems we put in place but that dose not mean we ignor the problem and think its going to vanish. Somthing has to be done,and we are paying good money to people that have to find some kind of answer, even if its not perfect!
