Drain blocked?

Sent to Kent County Council and Canterbury City Council 2 minutes later

Congratulations to Canterbury for developing a new "river" at this location. A blocked drain and recent rainy weather has led to a permanent very large puddle at this location, taking up most of the left hand side of the road, and going down the road around 50 metres. Traffic just zooms over it, completely engulfing the pavement next to it with rainwater, and even the wall next to the pavement! It is virtually impossible to cross at this point unless (a) you can walk on water or (b) you are prepared to get soaked by the next passing car creating a "Hawaii Five-0" tidal wave in your general direction.

It is difficult to know whether this problem has been "fixed" until we have another large amount of rainfall in the area.
