Thames Water Mains loose cover

Repeat Problem: Thames Water mains cover that has been loose for approx. a week that 'clonks' at high frequency very loudly when driven over by every passing vehicle. Disturbing large numbers of neighbours, particularly at night. Please could the appropriate organisation come fix ASAP! Thanks.
