Overgrown bushes

Unable to use much of the pavements on this stretch or road as they are in poor repair. Bushes are overgrown . Potholes. There are a lot of bends on this roads and cars drivers tend to find this exciting and speed. Unfortunately they can not see pedestrians are having to walk on the road.
