Bins

People are always leaving the bins in the allyways at the back of Clifton Road and Mellor Street out all week and never bring them into their property. It costs the council thousands each year because of stolen bins. They can be used by criminals to stand on to gain entry into properties and to carry stuff away. They also are constantly getting in the way of pedestrians and vehicles. Surly people should be bringing these bins into their property out of sight from potential thieves.
