Trees need pollarding

Sent to Waverley Borough Council 1 minute later

S.C.C. used to pollard the trees in St Nicolas Avenue every 3 years. They have not been done now for over 9 years and the tree outside our house is growing very large.

Trees in other roads in the village have been pollarded so why has St Nicolas Avenue been missed? All the trees in this road are in need of pollarding as school coaches use the road twice daily and traffic congestion is causing the buses to drive on the grass verges where they are in danger of hitting the trees.

Have sent a reminder to the original recipient who forwarded my email to Surrey C C but have had no response from them.

had meeting with Surrey C C and told that there is no budget for pollarding trees except for safety reasons so nothing will be done.
