Parcelforce van parked on pavement on the corner of the road on double yellow lines

The van was parked dangerously on the corner of the street - on double yellow lines, on pavement and hiding views of other traffic on margaret road turning into lampard grove. Registration of the vehicle is NX06 CMY. Please could you alert the company (Parcelforce) and notify me of action taken?
