A number of house hold items have been dumped in this alley way(walk through)this re-accurs every few months

I was emailed on 1.12.2009 from Jayne Kimberley, Environmetal services asking me to report the matter to Broxbourne Housing Association as the alleyway belongs to them.Unfortunately I work long hours and have been unable to get through the few times i've tried, the problem still exists.
