Parking on Grass Verge/ Pavement

Vehicles are constantly parking on the grass verges/ pavements all along Hallow Drive. In this wet weather the verges are turning into a muddy mess and look very unsightly, not to mention the danger caused by slippy mud all over the pavements. One persistant offender is a large lorry with an advertising hording which actually blocks the pavement causing pedestrians to cross to the other side (NX09BZE). This vehicle is part on the pavement part on the verge near the bus stop and has sunk into the wet grass as it is so big, completly destroying the verge and creating a swamp! The verges need repairing and something done to stop vehicles parking on them.
