Parked car blocking cycle path

Saturday 28th November, 10:15am. Parked car blocking the KEEP CLEAR sign which marks the cycle route next to the old HSBC Bank on Suffolk Square. This happens often and leads to cyclists using the pavements instead. Please could traffic wardens patrol this area more often? I can supply photos of other recent incidents including registration numbers.
