A popular public footpath along a field has been blocked. A farmer has erected a fence and a stile has been fully removed and thrown into a wooded area. An elderly chap has slipped and fallen trying to cross this fence whilst walking his dog today. This was a fully signed and designated right of way, beyond an already provided kissing gate.
