Blocked drain

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council and Cheltenham Borough Council 5 minutes later

The small drain in the middle of the road at the bottom of Great Western Road has been blocked for some time, and with the rains there is now always a big puddle of water, which is starting to get a bit close to the houses! Can someone unblock it please?

Still blocked. With rains and then freezing weather, this turning area is becoming an ice rink.

The drain is STILL blocked. No-one has been to look at it or asked for any further information. Area was particularly bad during the snow but now with the rain it is flooded more than ever and VERY close to the houses.

Photo attached & I have more. Even some sort of response would be nice as this is a joke!

It would appear that the drain has at some point recently been sorted - with recent rains there has been no water build-up.

A response would have been nice but thanks for getting the job done!
