Cutting down trees

The leaves from these trees are causing a lot of mess on talbot street and i have seen a couple of people falling after slipping.Is there any chance Cardiff CC could look at cutting down some of the trees in preparation for next autumn? Its been done already on a couple on Ryder Street.
