Water logged footpath

The Westwood Park Cricket club have dug a drainage channel around their pitch and have then direct the channel onto the adjacent footpath resulting in a dry pitch but water logged footpath.If they wish to dig a drainage channel then they should direct it to a dug out sump on their land.

The newly laid adjacent path is now starting to wash away due to the high volume of water being directed onto the footpath from the cricket club.
