Old style light not working outside 100

100 Belmont Road street lamp not working.

Additionally on Belmont Road, the work in switching to new lamps has halted and BCC now need to find out whether people wish to retain old street lights, upgrade old lamps or remove old lamps and install new tall modern stainless steel columns.
