Blocked cycle path

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The cycle path up Stokes Croft is almost always blocked with parked cars. Note: there is actually a double yellow lane. Could traffic wardens please take notice of this which is also resulting in a dangerous situation for cyclists when we have to break out into the traffic to navigate around parked cars?
