Danger turning right

I am an experienced London cyclist. My journey to work includes turning right from the junction of St Andrews Road onto Mare Street and then left onto Vyner Street. (And I do this in reverse on my return). It is very difficult to turn right safely here, due to: 1. Fast speed of traffic, 2. Quantity of traffic, 3. Traffic light timings at junction to south with Hackney Rd and junction to North with Victoria Park Rd being out of sync. (so there is always traffic flowing in at least one direction). 4. Cars and high vans often parked near the junction on both sides obstructing views. Car drivers queuing behind a cyclist on St. Andrews Rd positioned to turn right often become aggressive if it is not possible to turn right quickly enough for them, which puts further pressure on cyclists to take unsafe risks. It is equally difficult to turn right out of Vyner Street onto Mare Street. It is also difficult to cross the road safely here, or slightly further north, where there is a bus stop. The closest safe crossing point is a pelican crossing further south towards Hackney Road. I would be grateful if a traffic assessment could be undertaken to assess the issues I have raised and appropriate solutions implemented. Possibly by Hackney and Tower Hamlets working together due to the boundary line? I would be pleased to be consulted. Thanks and Best Regards.

Updates
I am pleased to at least have had a response from the Council, stating that they will get back to me in the New Year. I will wait and see ...
I got a very thorough response from Hackney, explaining that they are aware of the danger of this junction and they have funding to undertake a study however, getting funding to carry out works is difficult due to many other priorities. I asked them to keep me updated. Other people also commenting would really help!
