16 Queens Street, Hoyland Common,Barnsley,S74 0PQ, is a detached bungalow that is slowly sinking into the ground. The owner is in a residential home and no-one is caring for the building or its front & rear gardens which are persistently overgrown. Can BMBC intervene and force the immediate relatives to do something as a matter of urgency as we have had this situation for nearly 2 years. There is also an asbestos garage that is falling into disrepair & poses a potential environmental risk. Thank you.

No further response to the problem made to BMBC. The property is still in the same state of disrepair with little evidence of progress. BMBC have not contacted me with an update of their enquiries.
