Trip hazard

Utilities cast iron cover in pavement outside my house has been pushed in and is now a trip hazard see attached photo. Neighbour has just knocked on my door to say he has nearly tripped over on this.

Repair is still outstanding. Furthermore there has been no acknowledgement from Bristol City Council that this problem has been reported.
