Sent to Conwy Council 5 minutes later

A large bag of rubbish and a carrier bag of rubbish have been left outside 137 Mostyn Street, the seagulls have managed to tear open the carrier and the contents are all over the street. The residential bins were emptied this morning at approx 07.30, the "council waste operatives" simply ignored the bags.

Once again these bins are overflowing with rubbish, the seagulls have been at them again, they will not be emptied for another 7 days.
