Cycle Lane Confusion

Leonard Street is a one way street, with traffic emerging out of this road onto City Road.

There's a cycle path which travels in the opposite direction towards the oncoming cars on Leonard Street. So, it would seem that on a bicycle you can turn from City Road onto Leonard Street. However, by bicycle getting into Leonard Street is almost impossible as you're not supposed to turn into the street from the road as it's one way for traffic, and the dropped curb isn't marked as a cycle path which I think is supposed to be used by bicycles to access the street.

This is a danger to cars, pedestrians and cyclists as nobody knows who is allowed and/or how to correctly access the cycle lane on Leonard Street.

If this is supposed to be a cycle route then it needs to be clearly marked and safely accessible from City Road. If it isn't then the markings of the cycle path on Leonard Street need to be removed.
