Constant dog fouling on path

I am constantly seeing dog fouling in this area on a daily basis whilst on the school run. This path is used by many children and their parents. The path is narrow enough as it is without having to dodge around the dog mess, not to mention the hygiene aspect.

Nothing has been done via this website. Council came out to clean up last week (following my call) which is greatly appreciated. However, this has probably just done the people responsible a favour. I will keep an eye on the situation when the children return to school in the new year.

This problem has not gone away - this is still continuing outside this particular house. Maybe this should be taken up with environmental health ?
