Concrete blocks

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council 2 minutes later

Some one has dumped concrete blocks just after a tight corner where cars occasionally leave the road especially in winter when there is ice or snow.

It looks like these large pieces of concrete sewer pipe have been placed there to protect a fence. However, these blocks , if hit, will cause much more injury and damage than the fence.

These blocks should be removed in the interests of public safety (and whoever put them there charge for the removal work!)

And made worse. The concrete blocks have been turned and put on their end so there s now effectively a low wall.

Is there planning permission for this, I wonder?

In reality, any vehicle coming in tye slightest contact with these blocks will knock them over and knock the fence down too.

Not removed, but council on the case.

One block is pushing over fence. Other has been repositioned against gatepost.
