Yet another blocked drain

The street drain on the pavement on the north side of western road here at Churchill Square has been blocked now for over 2 years, water pooling over it any time it rains. I reported it to the Council 2 years ago and they even emailed me back to say thanks but didn't bother actually unblocking it though. Good show!
