Dog fouling

Each and every day I have the extremely unpleasant task of collecting dog dirt from my front lawn and disposing of it in my own dustbin. Not having any pets of my own and having a good deal of pride in my garden and home I find this very upsetting and unfair. Pet owners are surely responsible for their animals including not allowing them out on their own and if necessary collecting the dirt and disposing if it responsibly. Unfortunately I do not know whose dog it is although I have my suspicions. As I say this happens every day and has done so for at least the last 12 months or so although at first it was not on such a regular basis. Please help!
