We keep getting quad bikes and motor bikes being driven around the open field on millenium way at the back of our houses in Northwood road. Can someone please tell the owner of the land (I don,t know who owns the land) I did phone the police but the RUDE lady at the police HQ said it was a MINOR matter and I should tell the council.
