Dumped tyres

Car tyres have been dumped in the container bins for houshold rubbish.Could these please be removed. Is it possible to fix notices to the container bins advising people of Lambeth services for bulky collection and other waste disposal? Thank you.

The immediate problem was fixed, but not the request for preventative action. The tyres were eventually removed as part of the general rubbish collection; I have had no response on the request for notices, and none have been affixed.
